Yoga Flow & Sound Bath Class

Join us for an all-level yoga flow class featuring seated, standing, and supine poses. Participants will be encouraged to modify poses as needed. We will end with an extended final resting pose, including a mini-sound bath, featuring the resonant sounds of chimes, gong, ocean drum and more.

Beth is an Arlington/DC-based Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), specializing in custom, private events, including yoga at large-scale venues, and corporate wellness events.

Walk away with practical, micro-mindfulness practices that you can seamlessly integrate into your own busy routine and introduce to your students and faculty peers to foster a culture of resilience.

Janine Carlock, currently acting as faculty in the Writing and Communication Program at Carnegie Mellon University, has over three decades of experience supporting students in reflection and growth. With training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Mentoring, and a daily meditation practice spanning several years, she brings warmth and intention to her teaching and community work.
