9A: Student-Centered Reflection Scale: A Psychometric Study
Friday, September 20 | 3:30 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.
This presentation presents the results of two sequential psychometric studies, which build on each other and assess the validity and reliability of the Student-Centered Reflection Scale (SCRS) in measuring reflection during simulation debriefing. A review of results, including reliability, convergent validity, and exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, will be presented. The pedagogical implications of these findings for simulation debriefings will be thoroughly discussed.
