10E: Virtual Disaster Preparedness Simulation for Advancing RNBSN Nursing Skills

This virtual, scenario-based simulation engages RN–BSN students in collaborative disaster management, exploring different phases of natural and man-made disasters. Learners analyze situations, make decisions, and examine nurses’ roles in resilience and recovery. Session will guide educators in innovative teaching strategies for emergency preparedness and disaster management
