7D: Brain-Based Approach to Improving Pedagogy

The challenge for schools of nursing is to prepare graduates ready to practice safe and competent nursing as quickly and efficiently as possible. Emergenetics is a brain-based approach to personality profiling rooted in psychology and neuroscience. Emergenetics may enhance communication among people including how nursing faculty teach, coach, and inform their students.
