5E: Co-Creating a Culture of Excellence, Community, and Joy in Nursing Education

Thursday, September 18 | 2:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. 

Academic leaders and educators are challenged by emerging AI technology, political discord, faculty shortages, disengaged learners, and myriad other issues. Failing to foster a culture of community and joy in our work environments will make these and other initiatives much more difficult to achieve. An evidence-based, systematic approach is presented to promote and sustain organizational change with proven strategies to co-create community, collegiality, and a culture of civility and joy.
