8F: Enhancing the inner leader: A daring proposition

Friday, September 20 | 2:30 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. 

One way to develop competence and to reinforce the critical leadership role each nurse educator can play is to enhance the inner leader. During this interactive session, participants will be apprised of new evidence-based leadership models, current research on nurse educator leadership, and how to use tools such as the purpose quadrant and career cartography to enhance their inner leader.
