5D: Competency Based Staged Faculty Onboarding

Thursday, September 19 | 2:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. 

This Competency Based Staged Clinical Faculty Onboarding provides individualized professional development throughout the first year. Each of the four stages addresses the CNEcl competencies along with identified outcomes that must be met prior to progressing to the next stage. The focus of this model is on establishing core academic clinical educator competencies in an individualized, staged approach.
