10I: Driving Competency-Based Education through Adaptive Learning

This study aimed to evaluate nurse practitioner (NP) student learning and use in two student cohorts with six NP specialties with curriculum integration of an adaptive learning platform (ALP). The ALP enhances student-directed competency-based education. Findings revealed curriculum integration best practices, use characteristics, and learning outcomes in this novel form of digital pedagogy.
