10I: From Instructor to Coach: Fueling Competency Through Connection

Nurse educators increasingly serve as faculty coaches who guide competency development through performance assessment and feedback. Coaching is effective when grounded in psychological safety and a growth mindset, enabling learners to embrace feedback. This session introduces the Transformative Teaching Framework and six-step coaching process to support learner growth.
