2F: RNovating the Classroom: Incorporating Simulation to Promote Active Learning and Competency Attainment

Wednesday, September 18 | 3:00 p.m. – 3:45 p.m. 

This session will provide attendees with the tools and strategies to implement simulation pedagogy into the traditional classroom setting. Facilitators will provide an exemplar, including role-playing components of a classroom-based simulation activity. Utilizing simulation best practices, participants will create a teaching and evaluation plan for integrating a simulation scenario into the classroom.
