A national study investigated DNP graduate leadership competencies to identify whether academic practice outcomes that guide DNP curricula were evident in practice. Participants detailed how educational outcomes influenced their professionalism nationally .DNP graduates shared innovative leadership initiatives that continue to advance the nursing profession, impact organizations, and strengthen nursing education.
