4I: Intelligent Simulation Environment for Building Competence: XR, AI, & Biosensors
Thursday, September 19 | 9:15 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
The transition of new nurses into practice faces challenges related to preparation for workforce realties. Simultaneously, healthcare must address SDOH while fostering DEIB. Simulation-based education can address these challenges and help equip nurses with essential competencies. Convergence of technologies (XR, AI, biosensors) with simulations has enormous potential to advance preparation for work in complex health systems.
