9H: Social Determinants of Changemakers: Addressing Nursing Education Equity Outcomes through CBE

Health care providers often use tools to assess patient SDOH. What would nursing education look like if we used those tools as a catalyst for developing nurses as social change agents? This session explores how CBE can support our diverse learners robustly and prepare them to become changemakers in their communities.
