5B: Building Capacity: Professional Identity in Education and Practice

Thursday, September 19 | 2:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. 

This session explores the theory and application of professional identity in nursing from a capacity building perspective in both educational and practice settings. Results highlight the value of academic-practice partnerships working together to elevate the stature of nursing and the design and details needed to scale such a culture shift in work and educational environments.
