2C: Outcomes of concept competency program for internationally educated nurses

Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs) are essential to creating a diverse workforce responsive to the expanding healthcare needs of Canada’s multicultural population. In this presentation, we will describe the curriculum development as informed by the concept-to-competency mapping process, development, delivery, and evaluation outcomes. Program evaluation is an essential component of the program and these results will be shared with attendees.
