6C: Developing an Equity Impact Assessment Tool: A Trauma Informed Approach

The purpose of this presentation is to describe the development and implementation of an equity impact assessment tool using a trauma informed approach. The tool centers equity and inclusion when creating or revising policies that impact students, faculty, and staff. This presentation will describe how the tool was developed, how and when to use the tool, and how it was implemented in a school of nursing.
