10B: An Innovative Faculty Model to Mitigate the Nursing Faculty Shortage

Innovative faculty models are needed to expand capacity in nursing education. Our innovative disaggregated faculty model, wherein instructors provide students with individualized course content support, program mentors help students navigate the social determinants of program success, and evaluators measure student competency without bias, supports high quality and equitable student outcomes at scale.
