6E: Sustainability of a Nurse Intern Program

This presentation will provide format and outcomes of a Nurse Intern Program. The program provides undergraduate nursing students opportunities to participate in impactful clinical learning across an academic health system throughout their senior year. This program has proven to be a sustainable model for workforce development.
