6G: The SHARE Report: Standardized Simulation Feedback to Guide Remediation

Simulation outcomes are often inconsistently reported and disconnected from remediation and curriculum change. The SHARE Report (Simulation Highlights, Assessment, Reflection, and Evaluation) offers a structured tool to document performance, identify learning gaps, and propose remediation strategies. Early implementation improved faculty communication, supported data-driven decisions, and revealed performance trends to inform curriculum and simulation design.
