4D: Creating Alternative Clinical Experiences with AI in Unfolding Simulations

Thursday, September 18 | 9:15 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

This project evaluated AI-driven pediatric simulations in the development of nursing students' clinical judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Students interacted with virtual patients (VIPs) in unfolding cases focusing on health promotion. A control group used non-AI simulations, while the experimental group used AI. Performance was evaluated through competency assessments and course exams.
