4A: An Insider Update: Emerging Guidelines Shaping APRN Post-Grad Transitions

This session introduces nurse educators to the essentials of NP transition-to-practice fellowships, using findings from an ANCC APPFA-guided program evaluation. It highlights program strengths and gaps in leadership, mentorship, and competency alignment and offers strategies to improve academic-practice partnerships, support RN-to-NP role transition, and enhance APRN workforce readiness.
