This session presents findings from The Future of Nursing Education: An International Utstein Report, reflecting insights from nursing leaders across 13 countries. The report outlines a global vision emphasizing the value and support of nursing faculty; equitable workloads; standardized yet culturally adaptable competencies; formal accreditation; entry level specialization; integration of technology, AI, planetary health, and leadership; commitment to equity and social justice; investment in future educators; and creation of an institute to advance research and innovation in nursing education.
