4B: Six-State Partnership to Advance Education for the Rural Nursing Workforce

This presentation demonstrates the collaborative work of a six-state partnership to advance education for the rural nursing workforce. The work seeks to increase in the number of skilled, qualified clinical nursing faculty and preceptors throughout the Rocky Mountain region. The project is working toward this goal by developing and sustaining a regional partnership to recruit, train, and support clinical nursing faculty and preceptors with three distinct online trainings for rural nurses.
