Thursday, September 24 | 9:15 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

This mixed-methods study found significant, sustained improvements in communication and knowledge among interprofessional participants after a large-scale disaster drill. Realistic, team-based simulations strengthen nursing competency, critical thinking, and readiness for real-world emergencies.
