This study explored how timing between Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program completion and NCLEX-RN testing impacts first-attempt outcomes. Using a retrospective cohort of 2021–2024 graduates, test intervals were compared with pass rates. Graduates testing within 2–4 weeks had higher success, while delays of 10+ weeks correlated with lower rates. Findings emphasize timely testing and educator support for early preparation.
