2D: Fostering Nurse Educators and Preceptors to Promote Health Equity
Wednesday, September 17 | 3:00 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.
Advancing health-equity and addressing the nurse workforce shortage demand programs train nurse educators and clinical preceptors on social determinants of health. The ONEA program addresses this through the Clinical Faculty and Preceptor Scholars tracks training nurses on health equity and SDOH principles. By focusing on SDOH, nurse educators are empowered to improve health equity and outcomes for diverse populations.
