3F: Empowering Clinical Educators: A Structured Framework to Strengthen Clinical Judgment in Student Nurses
Thursday, September 19 | 8:15 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Student nurses spend half of their nursing education in the clinical setting, yet clinical instructors receive limited guidance on effective teaching methods. The authors developed a structured framework based on the Tanner Clinical Judgment Model to support clinical instructors. Participants will leave this session with an understanding of how to effectively teach clinical instructors how to use a structured framework in the clinical setting to enhance clinical judgment.
