7I: Leveraging the Power of Artificial Intelligence for Development of Oral Case Presentation Skills

The oral case presentation is an essential competency for Nurse Practitioner students that must be developed prior to clinical experiences. Faculty helped develop a virtual simulation using artificial intelligence (AI) to assess this skill. Learners presented their case to an AI tutor and received automatic, customized feedback. This presentation will outline key benefits and lessons learned from this valuable simulation.
