7H: Lessons Learned: A BSN Student Retention Program

Through the foundations of the Social Determinants of Education conceptual framework, a student retention program has been developed to improve attrition rates at an undergraduate nursing program in the Southeast United States. The presentation will discuss how to initiate a similar program, lessons learned thus far in program development, and how to continue program development to broaden the nursing workforce.
