4C: Training for Difficult Healthcare Conversations using an AI Chatbot

Graduate and undergraduate nursing students benefit from opportunities to practice difficult conversations. In this project, an AI-based communication tool was used before standardized patient interaction, providing immediate feedback and assisting students in building skills and preparation for difficult communication scenarios. Outcomes include their perceptions of the usability and efficacy of the AI chatbot.
