3J: CIEE - Expanding Nurse Educator Development: Leveraging NLN Resources for Teaching Excellence and Professional Growth

In this session, Dr. Kellie Bryant and Dr. Raquel Bertiz will highlight National League for Nursing professional development opportunities and practical resources that support nurse educators across a variety of roles, settings, and career stages. Featured offerings will include established programs such as Simulation Innovation Resource Center courses and Faculty Intensives, along with newer opportunities including the Excellence in Clinical Teaching course and Integrating Artificial Intelligence in Nursing Education: A Comprehensive Guide for Faculty. Additional resources, such as the Simulation Educator Leadership Program, ACE scenarios, podcasts, webinars, and HomeGrown Solutions, will also be discussed. Together, these offerings provide nurse educators with tools to strengthen teaching practice, support curriculum implementation, enhance clinical instruction, and advance ongoing professional development. Attendees will leave better prepared to identify and use NLN resources that align with their roles, goals, and evolving educational needs.
