3C:  Standardizing NP Clinical Competency through Simulation with the PRIME NP Model

As NP education is transitioning to focus on competency based education, a consistent method of measuring clinical proficiency is needed. The PRIME-NP model provides educators a standardized framework to develop and evaluate clinical competencies across the curriculum. The model offers guidance for assessing NP student clinical progression from basic to advanced performance stages
