2I: Clinical Competence Assessment: Using Multi-patient VR Data Analytics in Competency-Based Education

Wednesday, September 18 | 3:00 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.

Competency-based nursing education requires repeated clinical experiences to demonstrate achievement of nursing competence in caring for diverse and complex patients. Immersive virtual reality simulation (IVRS) maximizes technology with AI-driven scenarios to apply knowledge and develop clinical competence. Students completed 5 multi-patient IVRS, which generate data analytics for rating competence with the revised CCEI-VR.
