ChatGPT, an AI generative tool, has raised challenges and concerns in academia. The robust AI writing tool might jeopardize learning and increase potential academic misconduct as students may excessively depend on AI for their academic assignments. Evaluating the strategies to incorporate AI to foster higher-level thinking skills and guide students in responsible tool usage is an urgent task for nursing educators.
